3 year old pregnant girl?! DON'T READ THIS!

On December 24, 2006 at 8 oclock in

the morning, a young 14 year old boy

by the name of Scott Jackson was found

dead. Doctors couldnt come up with the

cause of his death. His mother checked

his emails to see if she could figure

out what happened. Turns out he was

still signed into myspace. She found

he had gone to sleep after he read and

didnt repost a chain letter about a

little girl that kills you in your

sleep with no natrual cause of death.

This is the bulletin he read:

My name is ofelia Heras. Im 16 years

old. Im a murderer. I have no face.

When you look at me youll die

immediately.You have 900 seconds to

repost this or I will visit you

tonight.

repost this as:

3 year old pregnant girl.

NO GIRL DESERVES THIS!

Girl: Hey

Boy: What?

Girl: I really like you. And I...

I think I'm falling in love with you.

Boy: Ok...

Girl: What do you mean "ok"?

Boy: I don't like you like that...

Girl: Why not?

Boy: I can't tell you... maybe

another time ...

From then on, the girl kept asking the

boy "Why not?" whenever she saw him,

and he kept answering the same answer

of "I'll tell you later." Finally the

girl got fed up.

Girl: I'm tired of this! Tell me why

you don't like me!

Boy: Do you really wanna know why?

Girl: Yes!

Boy: It's because you're uglier than

fuck! What's the point of going out

with someone when they're not pretty?!

(The nerve!! soo superficial!!)

Girl: But... I...

Boy: Just shut up and leave me alone!

The boy leaves and the girl is sitting

there alone, crying her heart out.

Then her cell phone rings.

Girl: Hello?

Mom: Sweetheart? I want you to go

home, ok? I'll be home from work in

afew hours.

Girl: Alright Mom.

Mom: I love you.

Girl: I love you too, Mom.

Mom: Bye Bye.

Girl: Bye

The girl heads home and once she got

there, she went in the bathroom and

looked at herself in the mirror.

Girl: I'm not pretty enough...

She set to work, knowing fully well

what she was going to do. 2

hours later, her Mom came home and

heard the bath water running. She went

upstairs to find the hallway flooded

so she knocked on the door.

Mom: Honey? Are you alright?

She opened the door and was shocked at

the site. The bath was overflowing

onto the floor, and the water was

tinted red. She walked over to see

what was inside and screamed. There,

her little girl was lying with cuts

all over her face and wrists. Her Mom

backed away and was going to run to

call the police when something caught

her eye. On the mirror were these

words written in blood:

"Am I pretty enough now?"

No one deserves to be told that by

someone they love. If you find it

messed up then forward this to

everyone you know.A person's

appearance doesn't count.What counts

is their heart inside of them and
their personality. No one wants to be
told they're not good enough...

Repost this in 5 Min or something

bad will happen 2 U tomorrow saying-

NO GIRL DESERVES THIS!!

A love for Nature

My friends and I are singing at work. At work, meaning in our office where we are hanging out.
I had taken the bus to a road leading to work. It didn't actually take me up to the workplace, so I had to walk around half a mile to get to the building. I got a good walk, although I swear my legs were beginning to feel like stone, and got to see much of the rain's effects on the landscape. I'll have to get some more pictures on what it's done to the dead fields of my town. It's usually so nice in the summer, but it killed the grasses in fields which were too big for the owners to water everyday. I love to see the grass grow, and the trees change color, and the way the wind sweeps the little buds of apple flowers and the way they fall to the ground in this unexplainable, graceful way.
I respect that. I respect all this that Nature offers. It's trying to give us what we need, but man has an instant gratification that has us take more than what Nature can offer us right now. We aren't patient. We want what we don't have. And Nature just can't keep up with our wants. And it is sad that we can't see the difference between what we want versus what we need. It truly is sad.

BOOM DE YAH DUH!

I love how everyone's like BOOM DE YAH DUH!!! I respect this kind of stuff. There's this thing for trees that I have, where I'm like, lost in some random place, but I'll just hug a tree and I'll be safe! :)

Peace....

Michael Jackson - A Tribute

I had went to see Michael Jackson's This Is It movie, and I have to say, that it was one of the best biography movies that I've ever seen! I give it 5 stars, and a sad smile to see a film about an idol who's now dead.
He was at work on a show in England that would have rocked the stages and would have been his comeback. Due to his untimely death in June 25th 2009, the show was canceled. It was sad to see his dreams never to become reality.
The movie was basically footage of the practices for the show.
I've never seen anyone so...in his element. He took control of the rehearsals,
he knew every tempo,
every dance,
every lyric.

Here are some of the songs that he was planning to perform.

This Is It

Beat It

Billie Jean

I Just Can't Stop Loving You

They Don't Really Care About Us

Man In The Mirror

Black Or White

Earth Song

Smooth Criminal

Thriller

Wanna Be Startin' Something

Human Nature

There may be more. I have to see....
Anyway,
Rest In Peace Michael Jackson. Know that you still are the greatest!

*GASP* Soccer Player Attitude?

Okay, so Elizabeth Lambert is obvious in throwing punches and pulling other girl's ponytails, but! Before you make judgements! Look very very closely: If you notice, both girls who she "attacked" had thrown their first punch. At 0:01, the girl elbows Lambert, and Lambert retaliates with a punch at her back (I would have done that). And at 0:07, another player tries to pants Lambert, so she pulls the girls' hair. Which I may have done also.
Was she right to do that? I mean, the girls play dirty alright, but that doesn't mean she should sink to their own idiotic, b****y level. You hear that BYGirls? Here are some various comments on the video:

"Even if ur opposition plays dirty u can not act with vengence!

it is a crime in football.
But then, i wonder how many of u know what football is except the brazilians
Americans.....go kill people in afghanistan and iraq.
i am glad i m not an american freak"
"BYU is DIRTY!!!!!!!! And now they boo-hoo because they got a taste of their own medicine."

"Watch the video closer, before she punches the first girl she get's elbowed in the chest, that could've knocked the wind out of her.
The second girl is pulling on her shorts. Pulling her to the ground by her hair may be crossing the line, but sometimes you gotta cross the line to put the other team in their place."

Hanging Out With Fresha

I ended my day with Fresha right before the time when she was going to have dinner. Her uncle was barbequing with a bunch of friends, and so I decided it was my que to leave. My adventure was fun, I had gone to the coffee shop with her and her cousin, met some new pets and heard a story about this new baby puppy that was going to be named Tiger or Scrap (He was ADORABLE! I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures of him.) And I also got to hang out with a little cat named Frisky.
It seemed Frisky was jealous of Tiger/Scrap because he kept pouncing and hitting the poor puppy with his paw (no claws). Here are a few photos:

Frisky, hanging out

Frisky under the shadow of a fence. Tilt your head to your right. Sorry I keep making weird shots that make you tilt you head.

Frisky about to pounce on something. I don't know what it was though :)
Standing under the shadow of a pretty tree.
Frisky under the neighbor's car.
Action shot of Frisky. He's walking on his two front paws! (He was jumping from the elevated lawn to the sidewalk)

From the beach

It was my uncle's birthday when I took these pictures just a week ago, and he celebrated it at one of the surfing beaches in the nearby towns. I took lots of pictures of people enjoying their day, and some of the surf, which I really wanted to jump into, but didn't have a swimsuit to dress into.

A Friend's Persimmon Tree

I went to my friend's house yesterday, and I had to admit that it was very pretty. I loved standing under the persimmon tree, and watching all the ants work and all the birds chirp. I took some pictures to show.

The outside view of her window at sunset.

Persimmons ripe for the picking!
Looking up at her tree towards the sky
Looking towards the rest of her yard
Her tomato and lemon garden
Her fountain of two angels pouring water. Behind is the ladder used for picking the persimmons.
Tilt your head to your right. The flower should be at the top right corner. (Sorry, I don't know how to rotate pictures on Blogger.) But, this is one rose from her garden with a bit of the tree.
Now tilt your head again, and that is the swing made for her little cousins when they visit.

Mommy Lons to stay! (For a month).

I have a relative - my aunt Alona to be more precise - that will be staying with us for a month: when it ends basically. It was Monday that we picked her up from her current stay in one of my other relative's home, and currently she is at a party at her friend's house.
I like her, she and I get along together. I sometimes wonder if she scrutinizes my actions and plans to tell my mom what to fix and such, like all my other relatives do when they are in my house. *shakes head* I really don't enjoy having to be on my best behavior around relatives. Especially when they are around 24/7 for a whole month.
Anyway, she is the mom of one of my cousins, Alix. She has a blog too, which I occasionally check to see what she's up to. I haven't talked to Alix in awhile, so I'll have to show her my blog too. I might be able to post up pictures, but I really don't know if my mom will let me. She usually says that "It's unsafe to put pictures of yourself on the internet" and "If you put up those pictures of you and your friends, you're going to get raped and killed by some creep online". This kinda makes me feel untrusted, ya know? I don't enjoy being limited where all my friends have complete freedom over. Well, at least some freedom for some of my friends.
Otherwise, I think I'll be good on this blog. Although I know that my mom will expect to check on it occasionally for any weird activity. Heh, I make my blog sound like a paranormal place. XP

Update: High School view in 8th grade VS. High School right now

I feel that high school for me right now is what I hadn't expected it to be in 8th grade. I thought that was when the real Michelle/Sunshine would shine, but I'm still in my little shell like a scared turtle. (How philosophical did that sound???) Anyway, I thought high school would bring me out of that shell, and help me show who I am. But I guess I need to get used to high school first.
:( Oh well, maybe I could do something about that. I'm still feeling inferior to all that "popular kids" crap, even though I feel strongly that that social hierarchy should be eliminated. But what can you do? :\
Anyway, I'm swamped with work and homework and tests. I have no time with my friends, or to hang out anymore. I think I'm going to have a mental breakdown if I keep this up. In this reflection, I guess that's what I'm saying. I want to go through high school without a nervous breakdown. :) Glad you grasped the gist of it.
On other things, I'm starting my new internship with my new boss, Linda, who is the coordinator of a gallery in my local museum. I'm helping her design the new background, study for the new galleries, and also help her decide what will be the next showing! I also help create graphics, texts, and blowups for backgrounds on galleries, etc. I can't wait till I get goin' on this job!

H1N1 Uproar <(o-0)>

I'm really afraid of catching the H1N1 Virus, or commonly known as the Swine Flu, and so is everyone else at my school. All of my friends are bringing hand sanitizers with them, covering their mouths when they cough, and keep their distance to those who cough and sneeze. I have to say, I don't blame them.
There are various symptoms of H1N1 that range from totally unaffecting to common severe flu symptoms. Doctors treat H1N1 like the normal flu. Drink lots of fluids, rest in bed, cough or sneeze to your elbow bend, et cetera. Simple things, right? Well, it's the same thing for preventing it! Simply prevent catching  the Swine Flu by washing your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds to wash germs away, and keep a safe distance from those who seem to have caught the flu.
If you haven't already, sign up to get the H1N1 vaccine now sold in your local pharmacy/at your doctor. There are two options open for the vaccine: nasal and shot. If I'm correct, they have only created the nasal vaccine for Swine Flu. You may be a little too late, and you'll end up on the waiting list. Thousands are on the list already. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't wait for the vaccine. It could/will increase your chances in preventing and/or surviving the Swine Flu if ever caught.
It's the first flu pandemic in the 21st century after the Spanish Flu Epidemic during the 20th century. Millions have died because of the Spanish Flu. (Why do they call it "Spanish Flu"??? Does it have any relation to anything the name says at all???) Don't become a statistic!
Horrifying Facts of H1N1: (Thank you to http://h1n1lab.org/index.asp?aff=11230&camp=gg_h1n1&se=google)
*Scientists predict that 900,000 people will be affected by H1N1 daily!
    * 60% of Swine Flu victims are teenagers. (OMG! I better be safe then!)
*Children are four times more likely to contract H1N1 at their school.
*If 70% of people are vaccinated, the infection rate will drop 80% in 2 weeks.
*In less than 2 months, half of the world’s population could be infected!
*An infected child has a 64% chance of transmitting the virus after only one encounter.
*If 90% of H1N1 victims were given Tamiflu, the infection rate would only drop by 3.0%
(Still searching on what Tamiflu is...)
*If someone in your family has H1N1 the chance of your entire family getting infected is 75%!
*If your family is infected and you take antiviral medications and stay at home (self-quarantine) for 10 days then the general populations risk of contracting H1N1 drops to 17%
*The H1N1 virus can survive for up to 17 days on any outside surface, hot or cold.

*0* OH MY GOSHNESS! This is scary stuff people! Take it seriously! (I add no sarcasm in this statement.)

Michael Jackson's This Is It!

I'm going with some of my friends from work and our group sponsor (She's AWESOME! WE LOVE HER SO MUCH!!!!) to see the biography movie of Michael Jackson: This Is It. I can't wait to see the movie! Everyone in my age group (basically "freshman" in the sense that we are new) is excited, except one (mmcoughcoughelenacough) who thinks that Michael Jackson isn't really good at music.
I totally respect that opinion, although my own is quite the contrary. And so does our group sponsor. Anyway, we are going to see it Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. and I hope to take pictures of us before and after the movie! :)

Here's the trailer!

College Fair on 11/4/09!

I wasn't able to take pictures of my friends and me. Only because I had forgotten to take my camera. Anyway, as a young student and knowing nothing of how to approach college and university representatives in a college fair, I had basically taken everything on their tables that were offered to the visitors and decided to look at them later.
Some colleges I had thought of going out of state for, is UCDavis, UCBerkeley, UCLA, USC, Harvard, Yale, or UCSB. For what?

UCDavis - engineering or animal studies.
    UCBerkeley - astronomy or biology.
    UCLA - arts or engineering.
    USC - engineering.
Harvard - for all the above or below.
    Yale - journalism.
    UCSB - teacher crudentials.

Basically I have my future planned out, with several backup plans to support me. If all those backup plans fail to accomplish, then I'll work at McDonald's somewhere, lol. :)

Milkmoon.... Congratulations!

I had taken a glimpse on your blog, and I had to admit that your blog was interesting, unique, and pleasantly pretty. I give thanks to the Blog Of Note that had shown me your blog, and I hope to hear more of your new posts and interesting life in beautiful Ireland. :)
Once again, congratulations!

Friend Sickness

My name's Michelle (obviously) and I just had a weird experience. I was just walking through my school after 5th period, and all of a sudden, this one kid who looks just like my friend Chandler Smith from elementary school! I mean, he had the face, and the upright hair and everything. Oddly enough, he was smiling at me, and I looked at him confoundedly while he walked away. I was like, WTF. I was gonna scream out his name, and ask him if he was my moved-away-and-never-come-back-from-idaho friend. But then I thought it was too good to be true.
He was my best friend since 1st grade, and I still consider him my friend even though many years has gone by since his moving away. Maybe when we're in college we'll meet up again and then catch up on old times and what high school was like for us and elementary and junior high. :(
I miss him so much, and if you're reading this Chandler well :) glad you did read this then! Email me or something, contact me or something! Okay? Awesome :)
Tell me of your friend stories, I'd like to hear them :D

Jack Johnson: A Revolutionary Artist!

I had just yesterday watched a show about Jack Johnson - my favorite artist - at the Downtown theater in my town, and watched a special premier of his new biography movie Jack Johnson En Concert. He went on his biggest tour ever to Europe ranging from countries France to Germany. He played amazing songs, and was great live! It showed great times of him hanging out with the other artists he toured with, and while he was in Munich, he was able to walk to a river that had a small fault and was climbing inland. Which means, that there were some pretty awesome waves to catch! There were about two sidewalks running alongside the river, and the length of the two sidewalks across the river may have been about 8 meters, more or less.
They surfed the waves and took turns, and it pretty muched showed how Jack and his buddies are skilled not only in music, but in surfing and wipeouts. :)
After the concert, they held a raffle drawing for a couple of merchandise and a Fender acoustic guitar signed by Mr. Johnson, and a special surfboard that only LESS THAN 50 WERE MADE, and he signed one of them! Which made it all the more priceless!!!!
I was sad that I didn't win anything, it would have been nice to play a guitar and be inspired that it was once held by Mr. Jack Johnson. :\ Oh well.
After, he played for us, and played every single song that the whole audience did not know. Which I found amusing. He didn't know any of the songs we were requesting and screaming: Taylor, Upside Down, If I Had Eyes, Sitting Waiting Wishing, etc. He tried to play some of them for us, but it ended up to be a disaster, and I was smiling the whole time.
One of the audience members came up to the microphone when it was question time, and said,
"I work with autistic kids, and actually one kid has two answers that are solid when he's asked this question: Who's your favorite singer? 'Jack Johnson.' And what's your favorite song by him? 'Better Together'." Everyone in the audience was like, Awww!!!! So since she was at the Jack Johnson premier of his movie, she wanted to get an autograph, so Jack was smiling and said, "Sure, that'd be easy."
I'm not sure if she ever got the autograph, but I'd be so happy for that little kid!!!!
:) Anyway, here's my review for the movie:

The movie was of classic view, shots, and editing, and when the mixture of Mr. Jack Johnson's music and the movie scenery come together, it creates a serene, relaxed, and down-to-earth environment that is enjoyable and enlightening for the audience to see. Jack Johnson En Concert was one of the best movies that I've seen since Pride and Prejudice starring Keira Knightley.

Even the person who seemed totally on the right track was totally wrong! So, we were assigned it again. I HATE IT!!!! GOD!!!!! I started it already, like, Monday. But my aunt took it down some time ago, so I HAVE TO REDO EVERYTHING!!!!! RAAAHHHH!!!! GRRRR!!!! GRAAAAHHH!!!!!!
Anyway, Santa Cruz Island is coming up this weekend, so I'll tell you all about my trip when I get back! :)

At Work: Promo for Addictinggames.com!

'Kay I'm at work right now, and I'm hanging out with one of my coworkers. We're playing games (we're not going to get in trouble or anything!) And we are playing some pretty awesome games from addictinggames.com! This is my review for the games that we are playing.

Not for the cat lover!
This game: Kitten Cannon, is a game that allows you to control a cannon (DUH) that is loaded with a...wait for it...(dramatic drums) KITTEN! Yes! A KITTEN! You load up a kittne, and you shoot the kitten as far as it will go. Along the grass surface is a bunch of objects (like a bomb, a venus flytrap, or spikes) that will either stop the kitten in its tracks, or send it flying again! http://www.addictinggames.com/kittencannon.html

A perpetual, easy game when bored
Cubefield is a game where you are looking into a screen and all cubes are 3D. You're supposed to avoid as many cubes as long as you can, (you are the little arrow at the center bottom of the screen) and get the highest score! Mine is 259,060 - try and beat that! http://www.addictinggames.com/cubefield.html

The World's Hardest Game! (it's actual name)
It has been dubbed the world's hardest game because it is hard! (At first.) You have to think your way through as you look at the screen showing your instructions and some of the most nigh impossible challenges for that game. The best tip ever: Take your time!!! Think through how you are going to go past that level! Remember, it is based on how less you die! Not how fast you can go through it!

And that's all for now folks! Check out more games at http://www.addictinggames.com/! :)

The Daily Interesting Fact - 7/19/09

Thanks to my friend Colin, I am now interested in giving you all a useless yet interesting fact! I will start off with a predictable one. I will update it as soon as I am able to. I might add two or more facts each time :).
Daily Interesting Fact:
The average four year-old child asks over four hundred questions a day.
Albert Einstein was offered the presidency of Israel in 1952, but he declined.

My favorite autobiography author Frank McCourt dies!!! :(

My favorite author of one of my favorite autobiographies, Frank McCourt, died today in a hospital in New York. He died at 78 years old.
He had died from mesothelioma, and had been struck with the worst form of skin cancer - melanoma, and died in a Manhattan Med Hospital brother Malachy McCourt said. (Said in his autobiography, he also has other siblings but have died: twin brothers Oliver and Eugene McCourt, Michael McCourt, Alphie McCourt, and Malachy McCourt Jr. who remains alive.)
Frank McCourt's life was extremely hard on him. But his books, Angela's Ashes, and the sequel, 'Tis, made his life amusing and moody at the worst of times.
A famous excerpt will be well remembered from his book, "Worse than the ordinary miserable childhood is the miserable Irish childhood, and worse yet is the miserable Irish Catholic childhood. People everywhere brag and whimper about the woes of their early years, but nothing can compare with the Irish version: the poverty, the shiftless loquacious father; the pious defeated mother moaning by the fire; pompous priests, bullying schoolmasters, the English and all the terrible things they did to us for 800 long years."
McCourt will be cremated, Malachy Jr. McCourt said. A memorial service will be held in September.

"The smaller the mind, the greater the conceit." -Aesop

Take a look at the quote up there! --^ --^

I have a guy friend named, (changed name) Henry, (not a boyfriend) who happens to be too conceited! I just CANNOT STAND HIM ANYMORE. There is also another guy, named...(changed name) Jeff. Who is much like him in many ways. For example:
1) SHIRTS OFF!
Even at totally irrelevant places like a garden or museum, they can find some way of taking their shirts off.
2) Talk-back comments
They have wits, but sometimes it gets a little too out of hand...and come off as total turn-offs.
3)Confusion
Their talkativeness and their wits combine to make comments and statements towards you that leave you questioning many things on what they said.
4)Conceitedness
They think they have the greatest bodies in the world, the best athlete out of all of us, etc. etc. ETCETERA.
But.... Let me tell you something. I was on a hike today, and we (my whole coworkers and Henry - Jeff didn't go ) were on our way back. I lost my footing and was running down the horribly steep hill like crazy, screaming, "I can't stop! I can't stop! HOLY CRAP!" Henry came behind me, reached out his arm in an attempt to make sure that I didn't fall or hurt myself in any way.
I didn't know that he was behind me doing that, only assuming that he wanted to race or something. I came to a safe stop at a flat level of the trail. Henry came beside me. I was panting, and leaning over, hands on my knees. I didn't have the power to stop myself from running, and I was getting a headache from the pound of my feet.
Hours later at the work office, I was tired from the hike and lying down on the couch. (Changed name) Gina was still laughing from my almost fall, and Henry was on the computer. Gina asked Henry, "Why were you reaching out to Michelle when she was running?"
Henry replied, "I didn't want her to fall. I had my hand there just in case she fell."

To be honest, I really didn't believe him at first. I always thought he'd be the one to race and stuff and not really care. I guess I was wrong. :) I'm glad of that.

Entomology Trip!

beetle mating

banana slugs (on tire, by the bottom of the slash mark)

banana slug carried by my friend elena

I had my entomology trip yesterday! It was awesome!!! :) What we did was we set up two lights in different areas: a blacklight, and a big light bulb. As we waited for the beetles to gather around the lights, we wandered around the creek bed, and the uplands of the region. The stars were bright outside, and almost no light pollution (except with the occasional flashlight blinding everyone.)

Michael Jackson's Unreleased Song - Take Me To A Place With No Name

This is pretty cool, I found it just a few seconds ago. I wonder if it would have been a hit if he released it....
Do you recognize the song? Take a look at the vid below:

See? See? Eh? Eh?? Hahaha :D
Love you Michael!

AWW CRAP!!! High School Freshman Sports Mess-Up

So I had been busy all summer. I had assumed that try outs for Girls Basketball at my new school was at mid or late August. I was wrong. It was only a few days ago...well...if July 8 & 9 were only a few days ago. THIS SUCKS SO BADLY!!!! Now I have to take boring P.E. (:oS) NOOO!!!!!
I heard that the general P.E. is boring. Crap, I am so horrible at this!!!! I swear, I looked all over the school's website to find when the tryouts were, but I couldn't find them! Now I decide to check it, it's too late. (BEEP)!!!!
I wish I could have kept track of it sooner.... I'm so mad at myself! (BEEP)!!!!

ALERT ALERT!!! Controversy with Babysitter

HOLY CRUD!!!! DX THIS IS SO HORRIBLE!!!!

Not only is this horrible, but "The Young Turks" the authors of this video, had a little debate of which seems more right. (In my opinon, either way is just plain wrong.) Is it right for a 28 year old man to abuse a 14 year old girl? Or is it better for a 28 year old woman to abuse a 14 year old boy? Which one seems better to you? To one of the reporters, it seems "old school" to have an older woman "fall in love" with a younger boy. But it's just plain not okay to have an older man fall in love with a younger girl.
So odd isn't it??? I'd like to hear some of your opinions on this offense and sexist controversy.

Animal Vision and Teacher Pride

Okay, if I haven't blogged about this yet, but my astronomy teacher has been frustrated with us last class since it seemed that we didn't read at all, or we just didn't read enough. He threatened us that we will be kicked out of astronomy, and taken points off. (Explain that later.)
After today's class, he was extremely "proud" of what we had done this time. We had a lot of good information, but the only problem was that we never related our information to our everyday tasks and lives. He led from that topic to our assignment.
"You are to research an animal."
What do animals have anything to do with astronomy? I thought.
"But you are to research their eyesight. Their vision. Give full research of their vision, eye structure and composition, and the difference and likeness with human eyes."
I chose to do a bat. But... it's very hard to find something about their vision. It's always like Bats are blind! or They use echolocation in place of sight.... and such. URGH! So, I switched to butterflies! Butterflies are interesting. They sense not colors, but polarized and ultraviolet light. Ultraviolet light is beyond our sight in the visible spectrum, so we only see up to red and purple and black.
If you have any information or websites that could help me, leave a comment!
Thanks! All information is appreciated!!! :)
